This year we went to have Easter at my Mom's house.

My sweet little Ella is starting to grow up so big and now she understands why we celebrate Easter. She will tell you it's because "Jesus is Alive". I am so proud of her and if you ask or sometimes even if you don't she will tell you the True Story of Easter and I love to hear her tell it because she is so animated and remembers all the details. She is such a sweet and special little girl.

Hudson was also at the Easter hunt but it was so windy and his ears were bothering him that he was not in the picture taking mood.

Since soccer practice was cancelled (YEAH!) we went out with some friends to Chuck E. Cheese. The girls and Hudson had a blast.

First Soccer Practice

Ella had her first soccer practice tonight. It was freezing out and I was hoping that they would reschedule the practice because it was freezing and the soccer field was all muddy. She is such a girlie girl she didn't want to pick up her soccer ball because it was dirty. But she did have fun even though her pants and "pink" soccer shoes were covered in mud.

Easter Egg Hunt

We had planned on going to the Easter Egg Hunt but when I heard the weather was bad I thought we shouldn't go. But it was only raining when I decided to go and then it quickly turned to snow and slick roads. In the ten minute drive the roads were completely covered. Ella had fun playing on the obstacle course and running around showing off with her friend Josie. On the way home it was really snowing and I saw 2 wrecks but we made it home safely and Ella had a great time.

After everyone was gone expect for the Veer's, I let the girls have fun decorating Princess cookies.

Well our little Princess wanted a Princess party. So we had a great party. She had a great time playing dress-up, opening presents and playing with her friends. We had a great turnout with quite a house full, but it was great party and always lots of fun when we can all get together.
