Making Pumpkin Pie

Ella loves to cook and bake. So when Papa was making his famous Pumpkin pie, Ella had to help (and Hudson too).

It was so nice outside the kids went outside and played

We had Thanksgiving at our house on Friday with my family. It was really nice because it was the first time in 24 years both of my parents were celebrating a holiday with us at the same location.

We also celebrated an early Christmas since my Dad is flying south for the winter. The kids really enjoyed having an early Christmas and opening up presents already. I didn't have our tree yet so I had to steal Ella's and put it downstairs. There were a lot of presents considering it was only for 5 kids.

It was a great weekend spending time with our families.

We had Thanksgiving over at Roger & DeeDee's this year. It was nice and quiet and of course we had great food.

A New Place to Play

Hudson and Ella both love to dump out their clothes and play in their hampers. They have great little imaginations. Sometimes they pretend they're robots or on a train but Hudson really just loves to climb in it and play with his toys.

Curious George Live!

We took the kids to see Curious George Live! on Friday. They both loved it and we had really great seats. Hudson loved it and was always concerned when George wasn't on the stage.

When we got back in the car I asked the kids what their favorite part of the show was and Ella told be all the parts with Curious George, so I guess that meant she liked the whole show and of course Hudson answered the same since he always copies his big Sister. She's too funny!
